Pop-Up High Holiday Mini Retreat: Making Time Matter

  • Sefira Wellness United States (map)

As the High Holidays draw near, step into a spacious pause—a chance to renew, reflect, and reclaim your relationship with time on September 14, from 3-5pm ET. In this interactive retreat, we’ll meditate, journal, and learn from Torah, poets, and science to explore the prayer: “Teach us to count our days, so we may gain a heart of wisdom.”

Together, we’ll uncover how time is not a scarce resource slipping away, but a creation we shape—a gift we can align with what matters most. Through practice and inspiration, you’ll be guided to break free from the trap of “never enough time” and “life passing too quickly,” and instead touch the empowerment and spaciousness that arise when we reorient time toward intention, meaning, and the Beloved.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of who you want to be this coming year—and concrete practices to help you live into it.

All are welcome—no Jewish background or meditation experience needed.

Sliding scale tuition: $36* (scholarship), $54 (sustainer), $72 (giver).

*If this is still a hardship, please write to info@sefirawellness.com. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds.

Can't make the date/time? The mini-retreat will be recorded for on-demand viewing!
